DESCRIPTION:School’s Out\, Gymnastics is IN: Metro Gymnastics Center No-School Day Camp!\nWhen the classroom doors close for the day\, the gym doors fly open! Turn your child’s day off from school into an action-packed adventure at the Metro Gymnastics Center Schools Out Day Camp. Designed entirely around fun\, movement\, and making new friends\, this one-day camp is the perfect way for kids to burn off energy while parents enjoy peace of mind on district in-service and holiday closures. \nNo prior gymnastics experience is required—just a readiness to jump\, play\, and explore! \nWhat to Expect at Camp\nOur energetic\, safety-certified coaches have planned a full schedule of high-energy activities guaranteed to keep campers smiling from drop-off to pick-up. \n\nGymnastics Instruction: Time in small groups\, working with teachers on specific gymnastics skills\, appropriate to their age\, level\, and interests.\nOpen Gym: Campers will have time in the gym dedicated to what they would like to do!\nGroup Games & Team Challenges: From classic tag variations to cooperative team-building games on the spring floor.\nCreative Down-Time: Carefully scheduled breaks for snacks\, lunch\, and fun group crafts to let bodies rest and recharge.\nIntroductory Skills: Fun\, pressure-free opportunities to learn basic gymnastics shapes\, rolls\, and balances.  Or\, for more experienced gymnasts\, time to perfect their existing skills and learn more!\n\nCamp Details & Registration\n\n\nWho: All experience levels\, ages 4 to 12 (campers are grouped by age and gymnastics experience).\nWhen: Monday\, February 15th (Memorial Day)\nPrice: $80 per day.  \nTime: 8:30 – 3:30\nWhat to Bring: A water bottle\, a packed lunch (for full-day campers)\, two snacks\, and casual athletic clothing.\n\n\n\nWhat to Wear: Casual athletic clothing.  Girls can wear a leotard with or without shorts\, or a t-shirt and shorts.  Boys can wear a t-shirt\, shorts\, or other loose clothing.  Long hair must be tied back.\n\nSpots for our No-School Day Camps fill up fast as parents finalize their childcare plans.
