When the classroom doors close for the day, the gym doors fly open! Turn your child’s day off from school into an action-packed adventure at the Metro Gymnastics Center No-School Day Camp. Designed entirely around fun, movement, and making new friends, this one-day camp is the perfect way for kids to burn off energy while parents enjoy peace of mind on district in-service and holiday closures.

No prior gymnastics experience is required—just a readiness to jump, play, and explore!

What to Expect at Camp

Our energetic, safety-certified coaches have planned a full schedule of high-energy activities guaranteed to keep campers smiling from drop-off to pick-up.

• Open Gym & Obstacle Courses: Campers will navigate creative, age-appropriate ninja and gymnastics obstacle courses.

• Pit Plunges & Trampoline Time: Endless fun jumping on our in-ground trampolines and soaring into our giant foam pits.

• Group Games & Team Challenges: From classic tag variations to cooperative team-building games on the spring floor.

• Creative Down-Time: Carefully scheduled breaks for snacks, lunch, and fun group crafts to let bodies rest and recharge.

• Introductory Skills: Fun, pressure-free opportunities to learn basic gymnastics shapes, rolls, and balances.

Camp Details & Registration

• Who: Boys and girls, ages 5 to 12 (campers are grouped by age).
