All Rowland Ballard staff are SafeSport-trained and background-checked to ensure a safe, positive environment.
 
General Manager Dena Campbell has over 20 years of coaching experience and 2.5 years in leadership. Kevin Reiland, our Xcel Program Director, brings 38 years of experience and has coached numerous champions and national qualifiers.
 
Caliber Cheer Director Macie Pledger has led teams to top awards over 11 years, including a Bronze at All Star Worlds, and choreographs winning routines. Our experienced team is dedicated to excellence and supporting every athlete’s growth.

Henley Burnett

Henley led our Xcel Gymnastics team with standout success in 2024, including guiding the team to an All Around State Championship in the Bronze division.

Campbell Moore

Under Campbell’s expertise, our gymnasts excelled at Regionals in 2025, with athletes earning Vault and Floor Champion titles.

Mila Garcia

Mila helped lead our team to a 2025 Regional Beam Championship win, showcasing her focus on precision and performance.
