Tumbling

Beginning Tumbling:

This class is structured for beginners who are new to tumbling. In a beginner class we work on basic skills such as forward & backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, etc. Our main goal is to work on the confidence needed to achieve those skills so that they can safely move onto the next progression.

Intermediate Tumbling:

In intermediate tumbling, students will be progressing from their basic skill list in beginner tumbling and then begin the steps in achieving the next set of skills. These skills are similar to the ones in the previous class however, we are now adding a slight challenge to it while also introducing some brand new skills. These skills include, backward roll push-up, cartwheel step together, kickovers, etc.

Advanced Tumbling:

Advanced tumbling is where a gymnast is now not only adding to their progressions but is now learning a multitude of new skills. These skills can range from back walkovers to back handsprings and so on.
