Our Boys Competitive Team is divided into two program levels: Compulsory (Levels 3–6) and Optional (Levels 7–10). The Compulsory program introduces athletes to competitive gymnastics through standardized routines that build strength, technique, and confidence while creating a solid foundation for future success. Gymnasts at these levels typically train 4–12 hours per week. As athletes advance to the Optional program, routines become individualized to showcase each gymnast’s unique strengths and abilities. Optional team members train 16–20 hours per week as they continue developing advanced skills and prepare for higher levels of competition.
